The shipping took way too long. After a while, I started wondering if I’d been tricked or if the order was even coming. It did eventually arrive, but the wait was frustrating.

I ordered this jacket thinking the embroidery options would be a lot more flexible, but it ended up being disappointing. The choices felt limited, and the preview wasn’t clear enough to really know what I was committing to. What annoyed me most is that there seem to be these little policy loopholes where once you customize it, you’re basically stuck with it, even if the final result doesn’t match what you thought you were getting. The jacket itself came out okay, but it wasn’t really how I pictured it. For the price, I expected better options and a clearer process.

It fit fine at first, so I thought it was going to be a decent buy. But after just a few washes, the fabric started looking worn out, and then one of the seams came loose. For the price, I feel like it really should’ve held up better. It’s not completely unusable, but I probably wouldn’t buy this one again

I bought a chef coat from ChefUniforms.com, the fabric was a huge letdown. It felt stiff and scratchy right out of the package, and even after washing it once, it didn’t really soften up at all.

But the tracking updates were inconsistent, and I kept having to check because I wasn’t sure where things stood. if a company is shipping something people are waiting on, it’s only fair to keep the customer properly updated. Just wish the shipping info had been clearer.
